The Town of Eaton offers performance based incentives on a case by case basis. Some criteria used to determine incentives may include:
Number of new jobs created
Average wage equal to or above the county average
Revenue generated for the town
Sustainability of the business
Incentives may be in the form of:
Permit or Impact Fee Rebates
Construction Use Tax Rebates
Sales Tax Rebates
